Not dead. Not resting, either.

Umm...hi?
It's been over two weeks since I posted an entry, so I thought I'd just let y'all know that we are alive. I've been SLOWLY catching up on my reading. A number of you are sick. That sucks. Get better soon.
K and I are still adjusting to cohabitation. We're slowly settling into something of a routine -- we just need to find a way to get things accomplished while still engaging in Married People Time. There's just so much to do around the house. When we're both home, there's always something that needs attention and it's hard to prioritize -- is getting the new dresser built more urgent than giving the cat a bath?
We did manage to do some writing by dint of stopping by a park on the way home from grocery shopping one morning. We sat in the car, in the rain, sipping coffee, eating Timbits, and talking through some background stuff while K took notes. It worked fairly well - no distractions. But if we're going to make this a habit, we'll have to get a laptop -- longhand is for the birds, man.
And we've both been so TIRED. It makes no sense. We're going to bed much earlier, but we're still both dragging ass all the time.
Oh, and? Our cycles seem to by synching up again, so we're both insanely hormonal right now. Meep!
More later. Probably.

*clears throat*
A little too effusive? Sorry. ;-)
Okay, then. I've been thinking of the two of you often, and hoping that you're settling in comfortably -- figuring out how to share time and space and life with someone when you're used to living alone is hard, no matter how wonderful the relationship -- and enjoying being together. It's lovely to see a post from you, and I'll look forward to hearing from you whenever it fits into your lives, whether with RL stuff or fannishness.
It's just not the same around here without you. You are missed.
